The best moisturizing and nourishing creams
Nourishing and moisturizing creams nourish our skin cells by feeding them with lipids and water, keeping our skin softer, toned, elastic, and radiant, characteristic of healthy skin. These types of creams are not recommended for all skin types, so you should know your type to find the one that best suits your needs. Nourishing creams provide the skin with lipids, molecular formations that serve as energy reserves for the skin, which we commonly, and incorrectly, refer to as "fats." They are usually applied at night to enhance their effects.
At first glance, nourishing and moisturizing creams may seem similar, but be careful because they must be applied correctly and with knowledge of the differences and functions of each.
Moisturizers: These help the skin regain its hydration or lost water. These should be applied in the morning to clean, dry skin to provide extra moisture. They protect against daily external aggressors such as cold, wind, and sun. Dehydrated skin often appears dry and cracked. If you gently pinch your skin and notice that it takes a couple of seconds to return to its natural state, you have a dehydration problem. Moisturizing and nourishing creams can be used on the face and body, and are specific to each area of the body, as facial skin is often thinner and more sensitive than skin on the body.
