The purchase of our products through the website www.bess-skinhealth.com (hereinafter, the “Website”, web or “bess-skinhealth.com”) will be governed by the following Conditions of Sale.

1. IDENTIFICATION DATA

The website, bess.skinhealth.com, is a domain owned by BESS SKIN HEALTH, SL, a commercial entity incorporated under Spanish law, with registered office in Madrid, postcode 28032, calle José Lázaro Galdiano, 4, 28036 Madrid, registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid in Volume 41240, folio 130, page M-731094, and with CIF number B02920197 (hereinafter, “BESS SKIN HEALTH”).

BESS SKIN HEALTH's activity consists of selling cosmetic products online, through the Website, and also in person at our partners'/retailers' points of sale.

2. HOW TO BUY ON THE WEBSITE?

Each order placed with BESS SKIN HEALTH through our Website will be governed by these Terms of Sale. By placing an order, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Sale.

MINIMUM AGE

To purchase our products through the Website you must be of legal age.

PRICE AND TAXES

The products will be sold at the price indicated on the Website, the price in effect at the time of order confirmation by the customer.

All prices include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), but exclude shipping costs, which vary depending on the value of the products purchased and the country or region where delivery is to be made.

BESS SKIN HEALTH reserves the right to change prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice.

PURCHASE PROCESS

Purchasing our products at bess-skinhealth.com is very easy. First, you'll need to select the product or products you want. To do so, you'll need to go to the top of the page where you'll find a menu with different sections and choose the one that interests you most.

By clicking on each product, you can choose the desired quantity and add it to your cart. You can also read all the information, view photos, see all the ingredients, and read reviews from other customers.

Once you've added the products to your cart, you can continue shopping, adding more products, or even changing the quantities of a product. Once you have your favorites in your cart, you can click "VIEW CART" and then "PROCESS ORDER." Once you've filled out your email address, you must accept our Terms of Sale and our Privacy and Data Protection Policy. We ask that you read them carefully and accept them by clicking "I have read and accept the Terms of Sale, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy and Data Protection Policy," then click "CONTINUE."

Don't forget that if you have a coupon, you can apply it in the provided space, click "APPLY," and then click "CONTINUE" to continue. Remember that in the case of promotions, coupons are not usually stackable, nor can multiple coupons be combined.

Next, fill in your personal information and your shipping and/or billing address and click "CONTINUE." You can also leave comments for the carrier regarding the address, delivery time, etc., or for BESS SKIN HEALTH if you want to separate your order into two separate boxes, add a brief dedication to your order, etc.

Choose your shipping method and continue with the process! You can choose home delivery or a pickup location. If you prefer delivery to a pickup location, remember to select the delivery location that best suits your needs and click "CONTINUE."

Then, select your payment method and click "FINALIZE ORDER." To proceed with the payment, you can choose between card payments, PayPal, eWallet (Apple Pay and Google Pay), bank transfer, and even Bizum.

Once the payment process is complete, you will receive an email confirming your order along with the invoice.

BESS currently ships to over 30 countries. Please select your shipping destination at the top of the page before adding products to your cart.

  • INFORMATION ON DOMESTIC SHIPPING

    Delivery times for National Shipments

    We understand that as a customer, you expect to receive your order as quickly as possible, which is why we work to deliver your order as quickly as possible, with deliveries within 24/48 business hours within the Peninsula. This excludes launch periods, promotions, or campaigns such as Black Friday or any other internal campaigns we may run, during which these delivery times are not guaranteed.

    For orders to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, delivery time is 48-72 hours.

    To find out when your order will be shipped, please check your email inbox. We will send you a shipping confirmation, and you will also receive an email from the logistics company indicating the estimated delivery date. If you place your order on a weekday before 1:00 PM, you could receive it the next business day; otherwise, the delivery time will be extended by one more day. On weekends or holidays, shipments are processed the following business day.

    How does shipping work and what should I do if I'm not home on the day of delivery?

    An initial delivery will be made to the shipping address provided. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the branch that delivers to your area will attempt to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If you are also not present at the second delivery, the order will remain at the branch in your area so you can pick it up at the branch. If for any reason they have not been able to contact you to arrange delivery, you can write to us at info@bess-skinhealth.com so that we can provide you with contact information or help with anything you need.

    For shipments to the Canary Islands, customs clearance may require the order to be opened.

    Can I pick up my order at a branch or collection point?

    We offer delivery to Sending pickup points. It's very simple; before completing your order, just choose the "pickup point" delivery option and select the one that's most convenient for you.

    But remember! These drop-off points aren't lockers or other locations like Citybox or Citypack, as in our case, we work with Sending.

    Even if you choose this option, you'll receive the same information as with home delivery, and the logistics company will notify you via email that your order is available for pickup at the delivery point.

    How can I track my shipment?

    You can track your shipment using the link in the email confirming your order's shipment. If you prefer, you can track your shipment using a tool found in the email sent to you by the logistics company.

    Can I receive my order during the time slot of my choice?

    You can leave your delivery time preferences in the carrier's comments box before completing your order. While we know they do their best to deliver within the specified time, it may be difficult for them to meet this deadline depending on the carrier's route. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can select a pickup location and pick up your order whenever you prefer.

    What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?

    If you detect any incorrect information, you can modify it through your customer area if the order has not yet been prepared, or write to us at customerservice@bess-skinhealth.com . This may also increase the delivery time by 24 to 48 hours. Don't forget to double-check all fields!

    The following days are considered non-working days, so our logistics center will not be able to prepare orders, and they will therefore be delayed until the next business day.

  • FORCE MAJEURE

    BESS SKIN HEALTH guarantees the quality of the products purchased through its website. In this regard, BESS SKIN HEALTH will make every reasonable effort to fulfill its obligations. However, BESS SKIN HEALTH cannot be held responsible for delays or failures in deliveries caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include strikes, war, natural disasters, or any other situation that may impede the production, transportation, or delivery of the products.

3. INFORMATION ON PAYMENT METHODS

Payment is made at the last step of the purchasing process.

Payment options

Payment for your order can be made by credit or debit card, through a PayPal account, via Bizum, or by bank transfer.

  • Bank Card: If you choose to pay by card, you can enter all your card details in the Redsys secure payment section. Payment for your order can be made with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or American Express.
  • PayPal: To purchase with PayPal, select this payment method and click Checkout. You'll then be redirected to the PayPal page to proceed with payment.
  • Ewallets: You can use Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Transfer: You can pay by bank transfer if you wish.
  • Bizum: we accept payments with Bizum

Payments and refunds for all shipments will be made in euros (EUR) and include VAT. If your credit/debit card is not denominated in euros, the exchange rate will be applied by the corresponding bank according to the market exchange rate and may differ from the price indicated in our Online Store.

If for any reason you are unable to complete the order or there is an error, please call us or write to us at info@bess-skinhealth.com . We're always here to help.

Once you've completed the appropriate steps for any of the payment options, you'll be redirected back to the BESS SKIN HEALTH website, where you'll see an order completion message. You'll also receive an order confirmation email.


Privacy and Security/Payment Methods

PayPal, PayGold, and Redsys are the most reliable, secure, and fastest way to make online payments. Since Redsys collects payments directly from our customers, BESS SKIN HEALTH will not have access to their banking information and, therefore, will not store information regarding the cards used in its files.

BESS SKIN HEALTH is committed to not allowing any transaction that is illegal, or that is considered by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank to be illegal, or that could or has the potential to damage their goodwill or negatively influence them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programs: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Purchaser, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards. Additionally, the following activities are also explicitly prohibited: Selling medications.

We reserve the right to use commercial data anonymously to study purchasing habits and usage.

 

4. RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our quality and offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you change your mind about your order and want to return it, we're here to help you through the entire process.

If you just made a purchase but want to cancel it, please let us know as soon as possible via email: info@bess-skinhealth.com

If the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it and refund the full purchase amount. However, if the order is already being processed or has been shipped and is in the hands of the delivery company, you must follow the return process.

If you have not used your products, you have a maximum period of fourteen days from the date of receipt to return them. They must be in the same condition as when received, that is, unopened and with the original packaging and box. Remember that if the package is a single item, it cannot be divided, so the entire package must be returned. If the returned item is damaged in any way, acceptance of the return or exchange may be denied.

Switching costs are not free.

All items undergo quality control for damage or defects before shipping. If you receive an item that isn't in perfect condition, please contact us immediately by emailing customercare@bess-skinhealth.com.

We will not refund in the following cases:

– Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

– Tampered with or opened and used products

– Products not purchased on the Website.

  • RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

    To make a return, you must follow the steps below.

    • Contact us at customercare@bess-skinhealth.com . Send us the order details, your first and last name, and phone number.
    • We'll collect the package in the box it was shipped in, and after checking that the merchandise is in perfect condition, you'll receive your refund within up to 14 business days with the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
    • Shipping costs incurred in connection with this return or exchange are always the customer's responsibility.
    • Products must be returned in perfect condition and without having been opened or damaged in their packaging.
  • DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR WRONG REFERENCE SHIPMENT

If this happens, we'll take care of the entire process very easily and at no cost to you.

All items are quality checked for damage or defects before shipping. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, shipping costs will be borne by Bess Skin Health. Send an email to customercare@bess-skinhealth.com within 8 days of receiving the order, with the details and a photo of what you have received, so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Once we receive the returned products, we will review them through quality control.

If the quality control department confirms the returned product is non-compliant or defective, we will contact you to confirm that the refund has been processed. In these cases, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, we will reimburse you for all costs incurred, including: the amount you paid for the product(s) being returned and, where applicable, the initial shipping costs and the shipping costs incurred for the return. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you selected when placing the order.

6. MODIFICATIONS

Bess Skin Health reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale by posting an updated version of the same on this website.

 

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION

These Terms of Sale shall be construed in accordance with the rules of Spanish law. However, the law of the country in which you reside may contain more favorable rules, which you may apply.

For the resolution of any disputes that may arise from the interpretation, validity, and execution of these Conditions of Sale, if you are a resident or citizen of the European Union, you can go to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution Platform, through the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=ES.

Alternatively, you may also appeal to the Courts and Tribunals of Justice that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
